What is AdvisorPilot?
AdvisorPilot is portfolio review and all-in-one planning software with integrated CRM, built for financial advisors. It handles the preparation behind client and prospect reviews, connecting AI Statement Reading, AI-powered analysis, and review-ready client materials in one continuous sequence. It was built by practicing advisors for advisors.
Is AdvisorPilot a CRM?
No. AdvisorPilot is portfolio review and planning software, and it includes an integrated CRM. Your client records, notes, tasks, and communications sit right next to the reviews and analysis you run, so you don't have to switch between separate systems to prepare for a meeting.
Who is AdvisorPilot for?
AdvisorPilot is built for principals, lead advisors, analysts, and paraplanners at independent RIAs and small advisor ensembles, from solo practices to multi-advisor teams. It fits best at firms where review volume is growing but the operations budget is not.
How does AdvisorPilot's review workflow work?
There are four stages. You bring in a custodian statement, confirm the holdings and account registrations, review the AI-powered analysis, and then work from a meeting guide to export or draft your follow-up materials. Each stage stays editable in your workspace.
What is AI Statement Reading?
AI Statement Reading turns custodian statements into a structured holdings table that you confirm before any analysis runs. It standardizes symbols and account labels, groups accounts into Qualified, Roth, and Taxable buckets, and flags anomalies such as missing balances or unusual concentration so you can take a second look.
What does AdvisorPilot's AI analysis do?
Once holdings are confirmed, AI-powered analysis drafts structured summaries, risk and diversification context, scenario framing, and advisor-facing talking points. You review and edit the draft so the final language reflects your judgment and your firm's voice.
Does AdvisorPilot give investment advice?
No. AdvisorPilot prepares and drafts; it is not an adviser, a robo-advisor, or a fiduciary, and nothing it produces is a recommendation. Advice, suitability, disclosures, and what reaches your client remain with you and your firm. For more on where that line sits, read what advisors should and shouldn't automate.
What stays under the advisor's control?
You confirm the book of record before analysis depends on it, and you review and edit AI-powered analysis before you rely on it. AI output is a starting point for your professional judgment, so you should verify any figure or statement before it reaches a client. Your firm's own policies and supervisory procedures continue to govern client communications, and our article on what advisors should and shouldn't automate covers how to think about that split.
What client reports and deliverables can AdvisorPilot create?
AdvisorPilot produces meeting-ready summaries, client reports, and follow-up email drafts built from the same confirmed facts as your meeting. Reports can be exported to PDF for print or your records, with space for your firm's disclosure language.
How much does AdvisorPilot cost?
AdvisorPilot has three tiers. Solo is $250 per month for one principal who runs every review, with a single advisor seat and the full workflow from AI Statement Reading to deliverables. Fleet is $1,250 per month for up to 5 advisors, with shared client access so advisors can work on clients together, and more seats can be added at an additional charge. Enterprise has custom pricing per firm for multi-team and firm-wide rollouts, with a tailored onboarding plan; see Pricing & access for details.
What does onboarding look like?
Getting started is simple. Book a demo and we'll walk you through the platform using the way your practice actually runs reviews. When you're ready, create your account and choose your plan (Solo or Fleet) under Settings, then Billing, and you can start reviewing clients right away. Enterprise firms work with us directly on setup and billing. If your team wants a hands-on training session, we'll schedule one.
How do I upload client statements to AdvisorPilot?
You can upload custodian statements yourself, or send your client a secure link so they can provide statements directly. AI Statement Reading then organizes the holdings for you to confirm.
Does AdvisorPilot integrate with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes, for sign-in, email sending, and calendar viewing. You can sign in with a Google or Microsoft account, and you can optionally connect your Google or Microsoft mailbox and calendar so your upcoming client meetings appear in AdvisorPilot and emails you send from the platform come from your own address. AdvisorPilot uses narrow permissions: it cannot read your inbox or change your calendar, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.
