Who we are

Practitioners who built the tool we wished we had.

AdvisorPilot was founded by advisors who have lived the review cycle: the statement chase, the reconciliation grind, the scramble to align facts across analysts and lead advisors before a client sits down. We built this company because independent firms deserve the same operational rigor larger institutions take for granted, without the cost and complexity of wirehouse infrastructure.

We understand the nuances of registrations, custodian formats, supervisory review, and the difference between preparing materials and giving advice. That perspective shapes every product decision: what gets automated, what stays editable, and what never leaves your control.

Today we are onboarding early users: solo practices, small firms, and Institutional Advisors. We work closely with each firm to understand how reviews move through their stack today and where AdvisorPilot fits.

What we are

An AI integrated workflow application for portfolio review operations.

AdvisorPilot is not a robo-advisor, a model marketplace, or a client portal bolted onto a CRM. It is purpose-built analysis software for the on the fly work behind every portfolio review: turning custodian statements into a confirmed book of record, structured analysis, and review-ready deliverables.

Our mission is operational discipline for portfolio reviews, without adding headcount: one managed process from intake through documentation, with your fiduciary judgment intact at every step.

How we work

Principles that govern the product.

  • Software prepares and drafts; your firm retains full responsibility for advice, suitability, and client communications.
  • Traceability from intake to outbound materials supports supervision when review prep happens live in the meeting with the client.
  • Operational execution stays separate from fiduciary judgment. AdvisorPilot reinforces that line; it does not blur it.
  • Built by advisors for independent advisors and firms that need wirehouse-grade discipline without wirehouse infrastructure.

Who we serve

Firms that outgrew informal review routines.

  • Solo principals and lead advisors running a growing book of reviews with limited operations headcount.
  • Analysts and paraplanners who need a single source of truth from statement intake through narrative draft.
  • Small RIA ensembles standardizing review quality across advisors, offices, and handoff roles.
  • Firms that already treat client reviews as a managed process — and want software that matches that discipline.
